Gables by the Sea is close to the business district of Coral Gables with its shopping, restaurants and extensive art galleries. Additionally, it is very close to downtown Miami and South Beach.
Gables by the Sea is located at a point where Red Road and Old Cutler Road go in different directions and is adjacent to the R Hardy Matheson County Preserve. Located very close to excellent public and private schools in the area, this community is ideal for families with children. Since the beginning of 2012, only two homes have sold with the average sale price at about $1 million and the average number of days on the market at about 75 days. When a home is listed on the market, it sells quickly when compared to similar sized homes.
