As if Paraiso Bay and SLS Brickell are not enough, another
Brickell project is on the horizon from Jorge Perez and the Related Group. Brickell Heights is a new project that will
be home to two 49-story towers with a total of 690 units and 85,000 square feet
of retail space. And, unlike anything
else we have ever seen, the parking garage will be adorned with a mural from
artist Fabian Bruno. This new Brickell condominium consists of one, two, three and four-bedroom units with penthouse units
on the upper level floors.

Brickell Heights will be situated on a prime piece of
property that is positioned between Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City
Centre. Not only is it close to
everything in Brickell, it is within a short walk to Biscayne Bay.
Parties Involved in
the Project
The Related Group is well known for its assertiveness in
Miami real estate. To bring Brickell
Heights to life, they are partnering with Arquitectonica and the Rockwell
Group. Arquitectonica has partnered with the Related Group on several other
Miami condominium projects including Icon Brickell, Icon Bay and SLS Brickell. The Rockwell Group is well known all over the
country for their work. Together these
architecture firms designed and brought to life Canyon Ranch Living in Miami
Beach.
Amenities at Brickell Heights
There are numerous amenities
planned for Brickell Heights. Among them
are a residents-only state of the art fitness studio; a residents-only rooftop
Sky Poll Deck atop each building deck that offers breathtaking views of
Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline; landscaped pool terrace at the eighth floor
with three pools, one of which a lap pool; entertainment rooms for social and
business events; a great kids club; a screening room for private film
screenings; 24-hour concierge, security and receiving desk all with a multilingual
staff; 24-hour valet parking or self-parking with assigned parking in an
unbelievable eight-story garage; and, high-speed wireless internet in all
community areas. As the plans continue
to grow, more amenities are planned to be added.
As for residences, the plans call for high-design
condominium units with amazing modern finishes, beautiful views and open, airy
interiors. Additionally, the units will
be decorator ready and feature, floor to ceiling tinted glass window walls in
most rooms, large terraces with glass and aluminum railings and access from
living areas and bedrooms (corner residences have wrap-around terraces), high
ceilings, and so much more. The kitchens will feature stainless steel appliances,
custom Italian cabinetry, imported stone counter tops with convenient breakfast
bar in most residences, imported designer porcelain tile floors, and more.
