As the Coral Gables real estate market heats up, developers
are diving back in the water with several new projects in the works. One of these new residential projects is
Antilla Coral Gables. With a projected
start date of early 2014 and completion 12 months later, this gorgeous

assistance from Bellin & Pratt Architects for the design of the building as
