With the pendulum swinging in a new direction, Coral Gables real estate is selling at a much faster pace.
This includes the high-end luxury homes in Coral Gables’ exclusive gated
communities. Following are the most
expensive Coral Gables homes sold (so far) in 2013:
400 Arvida Parkway, Gables Estates, Sale
Price: $11,500,000
Originally listed for sale in 2011 (not a great time for
homes of this caliber), this 13,849 square foot home finally sold in
March. We featured in a January blog as
the second most expensive home on the market at that time. This spectacular gated home features the most
exquisite details throughout the entire home.
It is situated on deep and wide canal emulates a European chateau. In addition, the home offers its owners 180
feet of seawall with direct access to Biscayne Bay which is ideal for mega-yachts. The entire estate is breath-taking and has a

features beautiful fixtures and finishes expected in a home like this one. On the market for just a little over seven months,
this home sold in 236 days.

On the market a little over four months, it is no wonder
that a home at this level sold so quickly.

a classic Florida waterfront estate with walls of glass showcasing amazing
water views and elegant backyard. One of
the best highlights of this gorgeous home is the open-wood beamed ceilings that
are elegant and understated. Other

lift and 200 feet of seawall. The canal is wide goes out into open water accommodating large yachts as there are no fixed

More Estates Hitting the Market
The most interesting thing to note is that while a couple of
these homes stayed on the market for a bit of time and others sold a little
quicker, more estates are hitting the market with much higher list prices. Coral Gables real estate is filled with
gorgeous gated neighborhoods that are home to many beautiful estates and tons
of opportunities to buy there.
