What $1 Million Buys In Coral Gables Real Estate

As the Florida real estate market begins to heat up, Coral Gables is one of the areas that is truly on the rise.  Therefore, we thought it would be a good idea to take a look at what is on the market.  For many, a luxury property refers to a property valued at about $1 million or more.  While some potential buyers are interested in condominium properties for second homes and investment property, others simply prefer a great Coral Gables single-family home.

With that in mind, we looked at what is available around the $1 million mark and offer the following homes in Coral Gables:
